3G Balance Deducted

Location/place: Joynagar, West Bengal

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel

I, Brindaban Adhikari, have in my air tel no of 9933648155. 250mb 3G balance as well as 2G of 198 pack recharge at 19th August, which have 2GB balance, on 19th August to 24 Th October, , which expires 3G at 24th October & 2G on 17th September,but my 3G balance was deducted due to net surfing as 10paisa at 10kb, & I complain to nodal office but they denied that. & also customer care harass me with giving me wrong information.

Please solve my problem
