i purchased a lg television on 6-6-2011,,after 2 months picture tube was not working properly,,,i raised a complaints many times,,but again and again same problem was occuring,,in may the LGE engineer came n said this is picture tube problem,,there is need to replace the picture tube,,,from may to june,,,nobody visiting at my place,,,i have already sent a 2-3 e mail to the concern person,,,but still nothing happening,,,they are not responding,,i have lots of complain no. now i dont want to replace my television picture tube,,,i want my money to be back,,,or new television,,thanks
