I had purchased a gold coin through IndiaTimes Shopping on 6th August & the order number is 3002575485.
Till today i have sent more than 20 mails but they dont have any idea of the order.
Now they are not responding to my mails also.
I have decided to take this matter legally.
Really never thought that such a renowned house like Indiatimes can behave like this.
