Poor Service Received

I had given my mobile for many times to repair it as it contains defective parts and now when I request for a new one (still my mobile is having defective parts) they are just dragging the case.
This complaint is just the beginning of the long battle that they are going to fought with me. As they are least interested in solving the consumer complaint.
