Name of company/service: tata docomo

i can’t get my internet data and costomer care officer dosen’t give me any reply and also don’t pick up the call and a offficer named Aashutosh mishra told me that i will not give you your data,,my tata docomo number is 8866494526,, i have recharge with 246 at time 1pm to 3 pm,, 17th june 2012,,
