I have recharged my airtel no 9950274397 with Rs 46 for 150 MB 3G data on 31.08.13 and I have recd the data successfully. I have used the data for internet on 03.09.13. I am reducing the 3G data continuously while using the net, but at the same time I am also loosing my main balance. Now, I have my data balance is 0.83 MB, against which I have lost my main balance around Rs. 50 to 100 (Even they did not show remaining balance after a call) . Please help me to getting my money back. I have frustrated with airtel mobile service many times. In 198, no customer care executive picking the phone, I don’t know why.
Please help.
