We had bought an Hitachi 1.5 ton AirConditioner Last yr. I regret to inform that we are not very satisfied with the installation of the AC by the company technicians. Also the performance of the AC is not being very satisfactory. The cooling is much less as compared to the other brands of the same category.
We happened to purchase another AC of a different brand in the last few months and its performance is strickingly satisfactory. The installation and servive were also upto the mark.
We are deeply disappointed to have been let down by such a renowned and trusted brand. We had already registered 2 complaints regarding this issue and the matter was not looked upon at the right time. During the last service, I mentioned these complaints to the technicians, but they didnt care to address our concerns, they just cleaned the AC and closed the complaint. I was not ready to sign the Customer Confirmation Slip provided by the technicians that time.
We expect a proper redressal for this issue by means of proper service.
