Can anyone explain the basis of the CONVENIENCE CHARGES Rs 300 that are applied to the customer just before payment option selection.
Absolutely NO DETAILS about the convinient charges on the website. Why and What is the reason and How it has been decided.
Basically, If a person books a ticket worth Rs2000, then he still ends up paying Rs300 for you (You have good Quarterly Results, we know it).
Return My Rs 300 , You fraudulent Company and Explain the reason for the fee.
