I have ordered a pair of shoes on 20-08-2013 which are not delivered to me. Your policy is to dispatch the product within 7 days but the same are not dispatched till today 02-09-2013(about 12 days from date of date of order).
While calling on your number no one is picking the phone.
TRACK YOUR ORDER is also showing the status that the order is confirmed but the delivery of the same is not made till now.
