dear sir,
i purchase my tata swach {water purifier}befor 1 and half month..
but from the begining it is not working properly….
i complained on tata swach’s tollfree no18002585858..but they did not listen d complaint till yet.
yesterday i purchased 2nd battery from d market worth Rs. 350/- again..
how can it possible that a battery does not work in 1.5 months.
The company commentment is that d battery would purifier d dirty water approx 3000 liter. plz convey my complaint to d company..
