I raise request in tata photon plus Connection Post Paid, After sometime one Tata photon employee (Vikas – 9871371297) called my mobile and said they provide Data Card and activate it in within 3 hours and they also said don’t give commitment to other one.One guy come from next from day Tata photon and collect my proof and all things by 12pm. after night i activate its working. again on afternoon time i used photon plus is ok but suddenly evening time net break and then after lots more time i try but modem doesn’t Respond and the remote computer is not respond pls try again later. meanwhile on that time i also call to Vikas to pls rectify the issue he said today evening time (16th june 2012) it will be done but right now it will not, on again morning time (17th June 2012) i call he cut my phone,after that he switch off cell. I try customer care no also but are also giving me bluff reason this is not photon plus no call another no,,bluff, bluff
I really frustrated about this service, then finally i decided to go consumer forum to right this problem, Pls try to rectify my issues as soon as.
