Internet Connection off by the authority

Name of company/service: Alliance Broad Band

For the last 7 days my local broad band internet connection (ALLIANCE BROADBAND) has been stops i have paid the prepaid amount and have raised a number of complaints to the authority but no active measure was taken. Please help me about this problem.
