Not giving back my data card device

Name of company/service: micromax

Hi I’m Uttam Sahu. I’ve submitted my micromax data card device MMX377G at micromax service center, Raj nagar, Ghaziabad on 29 Jul 2013 for repairing as it was getting hanged. But now they are not responding to my phone neither giving me my device back. My job sheet no. is N040643-0713-4688084. Kindly help me.
