Not getting 3G service

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo 3G

I bought a new prepaid 3G connection, the pamplet showed unlimited 3G. It cost me 250/-, but I am still not getting a 3G speed but getting 2G speed.
I called the customer care number of times, but my complaint was never addressed properly, everyone asked same questions and gave same solution which I had already informed was not working.
