delay in seviceing and no infromation giving regarding where is my mobile. and try to complete warranty period

Dear sir

I have submitted my Mobile A57 micromax at Kota(rajasthan) service
center at 13 july 2013 due to screen touch problem but till date i
have not recived my mobile .

every time service center person told to me it will be repiared in a10
days but no one take a serious regarding my problem.I have called your
toll free number but they one give me one complie number but told me
it will be repaired in 7 working days .
