Dear Sir,
I have recharged my tata Docomo internet device with Rs. 444 on 18.06.2013 that provides unlimited browsing valid for 1 month.

I recharged once, no confirmation received. I tried again, even no confirmation received. After, few minutes i received the message that both recharges successful.

I contacted customercare for refund. They say that i will get the benefit for one recharge and they are unable to provide refund for duplicate recharge as it is internet transaction.

I received service once and i paid twice. Please help to resolve the dispute.
