I am writing this mail with regard to the captioned matter.
I have taken one “Reliance 3G Net Connection” (Number: 8100059430) on 4th June 2013 from one of the reliance agent (Name: Barun from Kolkata, Park Street), who promised me that my connection will be working from the next day after I make the first call to the customer care department. The next day I made the first call at 2 PM and got the information that my connection will be working from 3 PM the same day. That day till 11.30 PM the connection was working fine, but after that it was suddenly got disconnected.
I complained to the CC the next morning i.e. 6th June 2012, then as instructed by the engineer I tried all the tricks he suggested and it was still not working. Hence, got a complain number: 204066039. Later, I followed up with the CC till today and still the condition is same, I am still getting the error message (40’H ME ERROR).

I need this to resolve ASAP, as I am suppose to pay a good amount of money at the end of the billing circle for nothing. My work is not happening; I am all messed up and the customer care, the sales team they are not even bothered to help. While selling the connection these guys were so active but when you got the money there is no responsibility sense worked there, which is really stupid.
I hope this mail will be attended seriously as it’s about an impression of the company. I myself worked with Reliance for couple of year and I don’t want for some stupid insensible people the name of the company is getting down.

I am writing this mail with utter disappointment with the connection and the service quality. I have written the below mail on June 09, 2013 stating a problem; that my connection is not working and either to solve the problem or to disconnect the line, but ended up with no action from the company end.
Now every month from that day I am receiving a huge bill for a connection I am not even using or not interested to use.
Please disconnect the line, and I am not going to pay any money as I have not even used the services.
If you could see the mail attached, you will see that I have written my first mail to your Company on June 9th, 2013 right 3 days after I took the connection and from that day onwards this dreadful connection is not working, after several phone calls to the customer care department, countless follow ups the problem remains the same.
I don’t know from where on earth, your company has generated this high amount bill when I just stopped using the connection long back. It’s not that, due to nonpayment your company stopped the service it’s far more than this. And when I was ready to use reliance and pay the company for the services you guys had no headache to provide minimum service support. And now when I am fooled by your company disgusted with you customer support you are actually asking me to reconsider my decision!! Pity on you.
As informed before, I want you to disconnect the connection and I do not want any follow up or phone calls from Reliance for anything.
Also note, I am not going to pay any money as I have not even used the services.
after these mails, i am still receiving huge amount bills from the company.
