Name of company/service: Airtel
This complaint is against the Airtel mobile service providers, who have sent me a bill of Rs 3500 for the month of June for a billing plan of Rs 299 per month, they say it is for GPRS usage which I have not taken the connection for, how can they bill a customer for a service thay have not asked for?
