I have operated for gall bladder stone in kota heart institute & Multi Speciality Hospital kota. This hospital is a panel hospital of my employer or rajasthan Govt. employer .
I was already showing my ESI card (Mediclaim card) before admission in hospital but hospital charge me according to non CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) Scheme , which is higher than CGHS rates.
Hospital director told me that this amount is not refunded because it is case of last financial year (2012-13) we cannot refund it in this financial year (2013-14). He is also blamed me that you were not showing your ESI card at the time of admission.
I was specially made this card for this operation (I have proof of this, I was registering my complain for making my ESI card in e-sugam portal of rajasthan govt.)
