The level of rudeness and arrogance of the Airtel staff is unparalleled in the market. Harish from Airtel in Saket – 9650752008 sent a guy at 8 in the evening to collect the ‘refundable deposit’ and since then has made me skip work twice telling me that someone is coming over for doing the wiring. On a complete no-show, this employee of theirs has stopped taking calls! He then proceeds to text me the number of a Rakesh who is the Area Supervisor for Saket 9911132225- who turns out to be as rude and as arrogant as the previous fellow. “You will get the connection, when I send someone, till then keep waiting” is what he tells me on the phone! Well done Airtel…your staff is as arrogant as you as company
