Hi,
I have lost my Karbonn A4 mobile and now want to block the handset so that noone else can use it.
The IMEI number is 911301350100301.
I have called the customer care multiple times but those idiotd dont even understand what is an IMEI number.
After a mobile is lost/ stolen it is the responsibility of the service provider to block the handset as well so that the mobile is not misused.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
