Net speed become slow

Location/place: Berhampore,west bengal

Name of company/service: Vodafone

My mobile number 09647188533,i have activated daily data card by 5 rupees on 23rd aug.but from yesterday my net speed decreased and to open a minimum k.b of a page take few minute..i had c0mplained to customer care at the number 198.they have said to do some step.but my problem was not solved and from today customer care authority cannot take my call..my net pack again renewed by 5 rupees for next 24hours but i can’t surfing net.
