Name of company/service: Airtel Post paid service
I just bought a postpaid sim card .. I had some packs active on my phone.
The call pack was 399..
A 3G data pack of 250..
A 2G data pack of 125..
20th of every month is my bill generation.. I was shocked to see that my bill was 1712 Rs..
On enquiry they told me that I exceeded my 2G pack and was charged around 800 for the same.. Ironically on 19th a day before when I called them they told that I have used only 600MB and still 400MB was left.. I even have the proof of the call recording where they clearly told it is 600MB..
Please tell me how can I take legal action against Airtel for this.. I have all proofs with me of multiple call records to customer care.. I dont want them to get away with this..
