IDEA bill discripancies not getting any response

Respected Sir

I want to complaint about poor services provided by IDEA company.
I have registered the request for discripancies in bill (IDC 1-4657563571 & IDC1-4998526062)
I am not getting any response from your customer care, everytime new person is
calling and repeating the same story, they are not able to solve the above query and without solving the query how can the request was closed. if you are not able to solve the query or unable to provide the service, reply the same, we will switch to other service provider.

In last month bill also they said, discount will be adjusted in next month bill but discount was not given in July 13 bill also.

I am Sagar Katariya using Idea Service for following four Nos –
1) 9423534301
2) 9403191381
3) 9403191382
4) 9657820820

all above nos are register in the name of Sagar Katariya. As per my Plan T949
Wiproi should get 15% discount on Total bill. but bill generated for the period
05/07/2013 to 06/08/2013 not showing any discount & call charges are not per
Tarrif plan. plz explain the same.
plz change the bill & rectify the mistake or give credit for the same.
