THE BB CURVE 9300 HAD BEEN PURCHASED FROM A RENOUNED MOBILE SHOP ON MAY-12. BETWEEN AUG-12 TO MAR-13 WE HAVE VISITED BB SERVICE CENTRE WITH SEVERAL COMPLAINTS i.e. HEARING/SOUND PROBLEM, SCROLL BUTTON NOT WORKING, KEY PAD NOT WORKING ETC. THEY HAVE MANAGED SOME HOW IN THEIR SHOP. AFTER MAY-13 WE HAD NOTICED THERE WERE SEVERVAL PROBLEM IN THE DEVICE AND THE DEVICE SENT TO BB SERVICE CENTER AGAIN. THEY INVESTIGATED THE PROBLEM TAKING INR 281/- AND REVERT US THAT THE PROBLEM IS IRREPAIREBLE AND MAY BE REPAIRED WITH THE CODT OF 96% OF THE NEW SET. HENCE ADVISED US, TO BUY A NEW ONE INSTEAD OF REPAIRING.
AS A CUSTOMER, IS IT EXPECTABLE THAT A MOBILE OF WORTH 14000/- WILL WORK ONLY FEW MONTHS WHEN IT IS MADE OF BLACKBERRY? PLEASE JUSTIFY.
