Hi,
My complaint is against snapdeal as I got a helmet from them and it did not fit me so I informed snapdeal regarding the issue. They said that they would pick it up from the delivery address and refund the money that I paid by cash the amount is 1124 rs.
So I was ready to give them their product back and wanted to get my cash back but now they are not willing to pick that product up from the delivery address I am want me to send the product via courier services by spending my own money so that they can reimburse me by credit as browsers so that I can buy products from snapdeal in the future. I do not want to carry on any further transactions with them as they have not behaved in a proper way. when I tried calling their customer services they did not take my complent properly and disconnected my call. They have also taken down a complaint but did not take any actions regarding it and also I mailed there help division but they did not reply.
So I want to get back my refund as soon as possible and return their product, but I need them to pick up the product from the delivery address as I do not want to spend any money for sending it via courier.
