fraud of sim card activation

Location/place: pune

Name of company/service: uninor

I am using AIRTEL no-
+919890961441.
From last few moths I have received 3 sms from uninor:

1.Dear Customer, Congratulations! Your Uninor Number 9175192269 is now ready for Tele verification. Pls call 999 or 59059 for verification.
2. Dear Customer, Congratulations! Your Uninor Number 8857068436 is now ready for Tele verification. Pls call 999 or 59059 for verification.
3. Dear Customer, Congratulations! Your Uninor Number 7385038517 is now ready for Tele verification. Pls call 999 or 59059 for verification.
I don’t have any uninor no. & don’t purchased any uninor sim card, so how this can happened with Me..????
I have doubt this is fraud sim card activation issue.
Please do helpful..
Or
please advice me can I go to police complaint.!!
