I HAD PURCHASED A DATA CARD ON 17 AUGUST FOR 2550 FOR 3G DATA FREE FOR SIX MONTHS. DESPIT HANDING OVER THE DOCUMENTS , CONTACTING THE DEALER AND CORRESPONDING WITH CUSTOMER CARE THE RESPONSE IS FAR FROM SATISFACTORY. THE COMPANY IS NOT INTERESTED IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE. IT SEEMS I HAVE BEEN DUPED BY DEALERS. CAN AIRTEL PLEASE RESPOND TO THE GRIEVANCE.
