Myself Rajesh Moly Rajan and I’m working with International Services, India.
I hold salary account with HDFC Noida, and during an ATM transaction I opted for a Dr card upgrade. Till date I haven’t got the new card from HDFC and without verifying the delivery status my existing Dr card got blocked/ hot-listed. Now I’m not able to do any ATM/ Online transaction with the existing card and also after raising multiple complaints I’m not getting a resolution for this issue from the HDFC support team.
1. How could thy block a card immediately after despatching the new one?
2. How could they ensure that the actual customer received the card that you have delivered through third party courier service?
