Powder not delivered with machine as promised

Name of company/service: Reliance Digital

I had purchased washing machine and was told that will get 2kg washing powder with the machine. I was not told that i will have to collect it myself. Powder was not delivered with machine. After repeated complaints I am now told to collect it from the store. The comany is not ready to deliver as promised.
