respected sir / madam
I m a defence personal. I m being cheated by bajaj allianz office vishakhapatnam. Sir at the time of taking this policy they told me that the are giving me special discount of 25 % but in place of that they mentioned in the policy No claim bonus 25 %. I took this policy on 12 Dec 12. Sir at the time of taking policy i clearly told them that i had already took twice claim on my previous policy. There is no record of that verbal communication.Sir on 19 july 13 my vehicle met with accident on that day i came to know all wrong things. When i visited the workshop to get my vehicle repaired. Bajaj alliance office ambala refused to clear my claim as they are telling me that you already took the no claim bonus. Sir bajaj allianz office vishakhapatnam issued me a cover note in which it is clear that NCB IS NIL at the same time they took my sign on some blank proposer forms which were not filled by me or not in my presence. The person who gave me cover note has not filled those blank singed forms in front of me and i don’t know who filled the form and what they filled.Yes it is my mistake to signed document blank on out most good faith policy .They agreeing that customer signatures are taken in blank forms.Bajaj allianz office vishakhapatnam Mr. ramana told me that withdraw your claim we will issue u the new policy but he didn’t told me that after giving NCB from his pocket you have to repair your vehicle on your on .on his directives guidelines i withdraw the claim. when approach the ambala bajaj office for my vehicle repair they told me that they cann’t help me as NCB IS PAID after the accident. Sir as a customer i just came to know that these companies while approaching them giving discount and also mislead. Sir two question arises in my mind that in motor cover note they mentioned NIL NCB , it is the first legal binding document which a customer is declaring. Second question suppose i filled the proposer form i given the wrong information than who is the person that checks that sir your information is not matching with the cover note information you provided earlier. Know they dis owing the cover note saying that proposer form is the only legal document. I have full audio recorded communication of this dispute. sir kindly help me.
