Did not received smart card from last 1 year but sibmitted fees on time.Other documents are also incorrect.

Hi,

I took Honda (Shine) bike from Bhirdi automobile Jaysingpur.I paid all charges for the same including doccument charg 1 year ago till I have received few documents from them like smart card.I came to know now that they are not authorised dealer for Honda but selling bikes of Honda to people.There is somthing wrong in all these things.They are giving me explanations and explanations from last 1 year. I am not getting what should I do.Could you please look into this unathorised selling of bike case.
