Wrong Payments added to the Cr. Statement

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: HDFC Bank

HDFC Bank has been added near about 3,371.00 payment to my Credit Card statements for the month of Aug 2013. However this payment has not been made by me. I have not use my credit to make this payment. I have raised a complaint on this on 11 Aug,2013 to HDFC Bank and still awaiting for their reply. Please can somebody help me to resolve this issue. I want HDFC Bank’s written apology.
