i have a htc desire-v phone which i buy it in 20 June 2013.
i am facing a process problem twice in this two months . when i got first problem in july 11 2013 i took this to customer care , but i face this same problem again now .
so i want my money back that i spend to purchase it (rs. 12500).
is there any rule for unsatisfied customer to money back their money …
