This is Sunil Paryani from Ulhasnagar,Dist.Thane,Maharashtra. I have purchased Wireless keyboard Mouse from Snapdeal.com which is manufactured by Ambrane India Ltd., the features which were described on their website were not there and secondly product is of inferior quality, hence i requested them to pick up the product back and refund my money but till now they are yet to respond, it seems that they are taking customers for granted as they have already got their money so now they are making customers run from pillar to post !
