Pathetic customer support by Tikona broadband

Name of company/service: Tikona broadband

My Tikona broadband connection (userid : 1106223715) is currently down. I have already registered complaints thrice regarding the same with Tikona with the issue still active. I had registered first complaint regarding the same at Friday, Aug 9th 2013. I was told that a Engineer will contact and visit on sat, Aug 10th to resolve the issue. No one contacted and came to resolve the issue. I again registered 2nd complaint next i.e. Fri, Aug 16th 2013 and got same response from customer care. Still no one contacted me and no one gave a visit. On top of that I received an sms from Tikona claiming that my issue has been resolved and to confirm the same be sending an sms (with no option to say that the issue is not resolved yet). After couple of days i received an automated call to confirm that the issue is resolved. After mentioning that the issue is still active the call was transferred to a customer care executive. After explaining the issue again to him (for the 3rd time) i got the same response (i.e. eng will contact and visit). Till now (Aug 21st) no one contacted and no one visited yet. And now I am receiving automated calls from Tikona to pay my broadband bill before the due date(Aug 25th) otherwise i will have to pay additional 100 Rs as late payment. The broadband connection was down for almost complete last month i will have to pay the bill just to continue the broadband service.

I have been forced to use the Tikona broadband service as there are no other ISPs ready to provide wired broadband connection in my area(Kalepadal, Hadapsar, Pune). Tikona broadband service has been worst (slow internet speed, frequent disconnection, unable to connect to the tikona server etc…) since last couple of months. Dont know now how can I get my broadband connection up now since complaining to the customer care has been of no use.

After going through the list of complaints on this site on Tikona broadband i am forced to think of discontinuing the broadband connection.

    Here are my complaint numbers

    Current status is “closed” without confirming it from me and even if the issue is still active.

    No complaint number received for complaining through the transferred automated call.

    How can I be rest assured when your pathetic company has not even shown courtesy
    of calling me and try to resolve the problem i am facing from 1 month now.

    Worst ISP I have ever faced in my life. Will never recommend it to anyone.

    13 days have passed after raising a complaint on consumer forum and more than 1 month passed for raising a complaint with Tikona customer care, still no resolution of the problem from this “great” ISP…
    What more i have to do to get my problem resolved?
