We installed a solar power plant under the project of 10,000 solar power plant by ANERT. The reg.no isSRP/12/09545. we approached Tata Power Solar systems to install the system and signed a contract. The agency installed the plant on 30 july. On 2nd august the system stopped working. We registered a complaint by calling their toll free number 18004198777 on 3rd august. In their contract they said that any problem will be rectified within 4 days. On 6th august they informed us that the problem will be solved within 12th august. They gave us a mob.no.9605003388 for further contact. But when called, there is no response from the number. After that we called to the toll free no. again and again and they said that they will solve the problem by 20th august. For us it was a long period. We already have an inverter, and now we can’t use it.pls take the necessary steps to solve our problem
