I ordered a book from HomeShop18 on 14th of august, my order details are as follows.

book name- ethics and governance
amount- 153 Rs
After that I didn’t receive any message regarding the status of my order. As per the companies claim order should have been delivered to me within three days, so I called and emailed them after three days. Customer care sent me a mail that book is out of stock.since that time I have trying to reach the concerned department for the refund of my order.Customer support no. given in the followup mail is not working, and the website customer care no. is not accepting complaints regarding books, and I have been constantly given excuses that they haven’t got any update from backend. I have been just given two different complaint nos.namely
