REFUND OF FAILD TICKET BOOKING

DEAR SIR

I BOOKED TICKET FROM SHIMOGA TO HYDRABAD ON 09/04/2013,I HAVE BOOKED ONE TICKET WHILE BOOKING FAILED TRANSACTION IS HAPPNED AND AMOUNT CREDITED TO KSRTC ACCOUNT (CREDIT CARD PAYMENT), FROM THAT DATE I AM SNDING E MAIL TO [email protected] by mentioning my ksrtc user id [email protected],for refund of amount,even nowI have not got refund/reply from great public transport institution,it make me very discomport,so please help me to get my refund and compensate towards my mental harasement by ksrtc of Rs.10000/-
