I PURCHASED A SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER OF LG COMPANY ONE AND HALF YEAR BACK FROM NAMRATA ELECTRONICS, BENAJHAVAR ROAD , KANPUR. THOUGH IT HAS BEEN A VERY SHORT TIME SINCE MY PURCHASE THIS AIR CONDITIONER HAS BEEN SHOWING A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS. JUST WITHIN A SHORT SPAN ITS GAS HAS BEEN LEAKED FOR MORE THAN THREE TIMES. AT FIRST WHEN GAS STARTED LEAKING THEN IT WAS UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THEREFORE IT WAS REPAIRED BY COMPANY AT NO EXTRA COST. BUT JUST AFTER 4 TO 5 MONTHS GAS STARTED LEAKING ONCE AGAIN. THIS TIME COMPANY CHARGED US FOR REPAIRING BUT NOW JUST ONLY 2 MONTHS HAVE PASSED AFTER ITS REPAIRING IT HAS STARTED LEAKING ONCE AGAIN. APART FROM THIS WHEN WE CALLED PEOPLE FROM LG COMPANY TO CHECK WHETHER EVERYTHING IS FINE OR NOT THEN THEY GAVE US STATEMENT THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM. BUT JUST AFTER 2 DAYS GAS STARTED LEAKING ONCE AGAIN AND THE AIR CONDITIONER ALSO STARTED DRIPPING AFTER EVERY 3 MINUTES. CONTINOUS COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN REGISTERED TO THE COMPANY AS WELL AS TO THE OWNER OF NAMRATA ELECTRONICS BUT THERE HAVE BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE. ALSO WHEN WE CALLED A PRIVATE REPAIRER OF AIR CONDITIONERS THEN HE CLAIMED THAT THIS AIR CONDITIONER IS THE DEFECTIVE PIECE AND IT HAS BEEN IN THE PRACTICE OF THE OWNER OF NAMRATA ELECTRONICS TO SALE DEFECTIVE PIECES TO THE INNOCENT CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE AIR CONDITIONERS FOR THE FIRST TIME WITHOUT ANY PRIOR KNOWLEDGE.
IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST NAMRATA ELECTRONICS AS WELL AS COMPANY AT THE EARLIEST. ALSO I WOULD BE HIGHLY OBLIGED IF I WOULD BE PROVIDED APPROPRIATE COMPENSATION FOR THE SAME.
