im extremely frustated by the reputed professional courier peoples response and its service. i have booked a consignment from kolhapur on 14.08.13 and its nurmber was KHR763165 and it was posted to pattukottai near thanjavur.. this consignment has taken 6 days to reach chennai. the kolhapur branch people told me it will reach the place on 17.8.13 and i was continously tracking from that day. it was showing as on transit.. till 18.8.13. and today it showed tat it has reached chennai today only. when i enquired regarding the same to the pattukottai people, that manager has answered very reluctantly. im extremely frustated by their slow delivery as it was an urgent courier. and i have sent that courier in professional courier thinking that it will deliver fast and i opted out speed post. i regret my decision. i kindly request you to take some immediate action so that my courier reaches as soon as possible. i also request to take some action so that no others next suffers like me… pls… urgent action needed.
