Postpaid to prepaid conversion

Name of company/service: Airtel store saltlake city center kolkata

I have applied for postpaid to prepaid conversion for my mobile number on 31st July,2013. Till it is pending. My mobile no is 9674303855. I visited two times to saltlake citycenter airtel store in kolkata. But no action was taken. Then I complained so many times to airtel customer care by email. But still it’s pending. I have not expected this type of harassment from airtel. Because I am using another airtel no for a long time and also I am using airtel DTH.
