on 07 Aug 13 I did not received Rs 5000 where as amount was deducted from my account. I reported the matter to PNB branch manager. He assured that amount will be back to account with in 24 hrs. After 24 hrs on 08 Aug 13 I lodged complaint to 24 hrs toll free no.PNB customer care (complaint no-60167402).Customer care told that it will take 7 working days.In between there are so many holidays. I don’t have mony.eid festival gone without money.my children could not celebrate it.My scooter insurence is also expiring tomorrow.my money is blocked by PNB ATM. on 17 Aug 13 Iagain went to branch manager with complaint no. But he could not help.It is to long period (7 working days)to get my own money in core banking era where money can be transfered within no time to any part of world.
