I am writing this to highlight what Airtel does with its customer.

I am using Airtel internet on my mobile for couple of months, for this I recharge Rs 149 every month. Last month I have recharged the same and it expired on 10th Aug 2013. Then I have stopped using internet and recharged it again with Rs 149 on 12th Aug 2013 around 2:00 PM and then on the same date I have recharged my mobile with Rs 333 for talk time. At that time my account balance was around Rs 380.
On 12th Aug 2013 at around 5:00 PM when I was trying to make a call my mobile showed me that my account balance is Rs 0.00, So I called customer care and come to know that I have been charged Rs 381 for using internet on my mobile. When I explained them that I have already recharged my mobile with net pack, then they confirmed that I have been charged wrong and they can refund me Rs 300 as they have the limit of that only, but I asked for full refund. So they raised a complain regarding this and promised me that it will be resolved by 14th Aug 3013.
On 14th Aug 2013 I received a call from Airtel and the executive confirmed again that I have been charged wrong but as they cant refund more than Rs 300 from their side so he forward my complain to concern department and said that my complain will be resolved by 17th Aug 2013.
On 17th Aug 2013 I received a call from Airtel but the executive was not aware of my complain completely So I explained the situation again, but the executive was not able to retrieve data from their data base, So he told me that he will call back some other time to resolve my complain.
I don’t know where it is going, whether my complain will be resolved or not. Will I get refund or not.
I feel like cheated and don’t know what to do if they continue to do like this….
