We are an existing user of HP gas service user via HP Gas distributor “Chirag Gas Service” and distributor address as “SHOP NO.9 MANMANDIR,, OPPOSITE NALASOPARA RLY STATION,, NALLASOPARA, Maharastra-Excl Mum/Thane/NMu, Pin Code:401203. 0250-2401808, 2402215
We have booked our refill cylinder online on 26-07-2013, via http://dcms.hpcl.co.in/consumerPortal/logging/SecureLogin.aspx as well as via IVRS booking (+91 8888823456). Also, a complaint has been made online via http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/booking/Default.aspx. The distributor’s provided contact nos. are always busy and never get connected. Below mentioned are the booking & the complaint details:
Booking details:
1. Online booking done on 26-7-2013 at 12:06:39 with order ref. no. as 3130667000535069
2. IVRS refill booking done on 11-8-2013 with HP Gas booking no. as 274283
3. Complaint done on 30-7-2013 with ref. no. as 13038596
Complaint details:
1. Today being the 21st day from the booking made; the refill has not yet been delivered to our place
2. When visited the agency today; the authority says that no online refill booking has been made from our end
3. When asked the HP Gas authorities to trace the auto-generated order ref. no. and the complaint no. by their system; they are unable to do so
4. When spoken at their customer service no. 1800-2333-555 and asked them to trace the complaint (as via online, we didn’t receive any reply from their end); they say that their system is down and can’t be checked right now
Also, please note that this is not the first time that we are facing the problems wrt online refill booking. This is the problem which as a customer we are facing every time we make the refill booked online
Today, when we visited their agency; many customers were complaining on the same part of their service, where the refill has been booked since a long time but the delivery for the same does not happen for the next 40 days or so. Also, we noted that there was a truck fully loaded with refill gas cylinders but the authorities refused to deliver the same saying that they want to sell the refills in black. These were the words spoken by the HP Gas authorities.
Sorry to say but the authorities of the HP Gas agency are very lethargy, poor in communicating with zero understanding level and where they do not even understand the difference between the online complaint no. and the IVRS refill booking no.. Also note that the distributor’s provided contact nos. are always busy and never get connected.
Please help us to get our refill delivered as it’s almost a month from the date that we have booked our request.
