This is to inform you that after contacting Your customer care for two days without any feasible response i have to send you a mail.
Issue: My number 8584947994 is ok kolkata. I am using it in Trivandrum and have activated 1GB internet pack (Rs 124/-) and it doesnt work in kerela. when i restart my mobile net work for 1 min and then after 1 min th tower goes and comes back after 5 mins with no internet. if i again restart then it will work for next 1 min then again towers goes zero.
I called kolkata team, they said its a local tower issue hence i need to contact kerala customer care, and kerala team says that they cant help as its kolkata number.
Hence I am writing to you. PLease help.
