subject:complain regarding defective piece of fridge model name”proton”

we bought whirlpool fridge model name”proton” and model no.-12923 on 3rd july,2011 .but only after month or two it started troubling us.it is a three door fridge.no cooloing was there in the middle and lower portion ,while the fridger portion cools so much that lump of ice is formed everywhere.when we complained the technician always come and change the timer and said that now it will work properly.but after 2-3 months the same things get repeated.everytime we have to give service charges and we are really tired.it was quite a costly fridge and it has only been two years and we are mentalyy and financially exhausted.
