Taking more time to repair my xolo A500 mobile

Location/place: Chandigarh

Name of company/service: XOLO

I have submitted my handset on 8-jul-13 on Xolo care chandigarh. They had promised me to deliver my repaired handset or replaced handset within 15 days.

Now it is more than a month,i have not received my handset. i have been daily calling up the regional head, he daily makes the commitmnet for next day but till date I haven’t received my handset.
