Service problem and poor customer care response

Location/place: Chandigarh

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

My name is Kulwinder Singh. Few days back , I have recharged my prepaid mobile number(8699206949) with recharge of Rs. 250. The recharge consists of talktime of 222 and Gprs data of 1gb 3g and 2g unlimited. But when Iam trying to access gprs services, it gives me network error on phone while im trying to access it in phone, and while trying it on dongle , it shows my number on roaming. when i try to connect it to my laptop vai bluetooth or datacable, it again fails to connect and gives me a message ppp termionated. i have contacted customer care near about 10-15 times, while on call they put my call for a long hold and then disconnect it. i also tried to speak to their higher authorities, but the result was same. I hereby want to register my complaint against tata docomo about poor response and bad services.
