On 4th August Dhamaal.Com has launched a promotional offer to avail 10% discount on mobile recharge.
On 4th August, I recharged for rs 50 and thus paid rs 45 using my credit card and availing discount coupon (DHAMAAL10) but have not received the recharge.
On 5th August I escalated the matter to Dhamaal Support team and they said they are looking into it.
Till then 11 days passed. I neither received any response , nor the recharge amount in my mobile number.
Even they did not care to initiate the refund amount. Contacted multiple times to Customer Care but no results !
